    Some of our schemes are only available if you have received free independent advice.

    Debt and budget advice can help you to:

    • boost your income - find out about extra benefits, tax credits and schemes
    • manage your money - stay on top of essential bills and keep your spending on track
    • deal with your debts - work out a realistic plan to repay your debts and ensure the most serious debts are dealt with first.

    These are some of the non-profit organisations that offer free help. Remember to check the organisation is non-profit before signing up. Alternatively to find a local debt advice centre, check with your council or see your telephone directory.

    If you represent or work for an independent charity or body that provides advice and support to our customers, who may struggle to pay their bills, then we want to work with you.

    We want to work with you to support customers throughout our region, particularly those who are having difficulty affording their water bills or who have additional needs that we should be aware of in our day to day services.

    Our Partner Hub provides you lots of information about the support we offer and gives you access to resources to help you raise awareness and apply for support on behalf of our clients.
